Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of HR, leadership or investigation experience.
• Ability to work extended hours including weekends as needed.
• Ability to work all shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigate violations of company policies and issue corrective action as necessary.
• Advise managers on progressive discipline and termination decisions.
• Manage escalated employee conflicts.
• Partner with legal, security and medical on sensitive terminations or litigation risks.
• Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture.
• Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.
• Review and benchmark internal and external environments to improve HR policies and initiatives.
