Job summary

Border States is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Eau Claire, WI to support warehouse operations, receive freight, and ensure accurate inventory control. You will distribute materials, fill orders, and coordinate deliveries with carriers while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Candidates with 2 years of warehouse experience, forklift operation, and familiarity with SAP are preferred. This in-person role requires attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse distribution experience including forklift operation is preferred.
• Must be able to operate company equipment safely and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight and check material for damages or shortages.
• Distribute material to proper stock locations and fill orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and verify batches, labels, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper vehicle/ equipment condition.
• Report stock outs and inventory discrepancies to appropriate departments.
