Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage store operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt and courteous service in line with Best In Class standards.
• Ensures the store appearance reflects company expectations and standards.
• Ensures store is open and ready for business during all hours.
• Manages expenses and sales to budget (or better).
• Leads recruiting and scheduling to meet business demands per labor planner program.
• Maintains inventory integrity and cash handling procedures.
