Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and uphold Best In Class standards.
• Observe shift hours and assist Store Manager with scheduling.
• Cover store manager days off and participate in peak hours.
• Perform tasks assigned by Store Manager and communicate effectively with staff.
• Follow all laws and company policy; set a positive example for associates.
• Notify Store Manager of sales, cash, or operating discrepancies.
• Ensure associates wear proper uniform and deliver prompt service.
• Complete shift change reports and proper recording of hours worked.
• Record all sales, over rings, refunds, and daily deposits as directed.
• Treat all associates with dignity and respect; report personnel issues affecting performance.
• Ensure safe and secure store operations, including cash handling and vendor check-in procedures.
• Keep merchandise stocked and displays fronted; price according to policy.
• Maintain store appearance and sanitation; report maintenance issues.
