Huck’s Market is an ESOP-owned company offering a path toward ownership. We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive profitability while maintaining the highest standards of store appearance and compliance.

You will manage staff, scheduling, and all aspects of merchandising, accounting, HR, security, and maintenance to ensure a successful, compliant store.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence is a must, with a focus on fast, friendly interactions.
• Strong leadership and people management to schedule and develop staff.
• Clear communication with team, managers, and corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to every customer.
• Maintain store appearance to company standards and ensure hours are open/ready.
• Resolve customer conflicts using MAKE IT RIGHT.
• Manage expenses and sales to budget while growing community presence.
• Schedule Associates according to labor planner program and communicate effectively.
• Oversee store accounting tasks including deposits and cash handling.
• Support HR processes, training, and compliance with policies.
• Ensure safety, security, and sanitation across all departments.
• Drive merchandising and maintenance to keep the store stocked and in stock.
