Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt and courteous service while greeting them using the intercom during shifts.
• Observes store hours and helps fill shifts as needed.
• Work the store manager's days off and cover peak hours to ensure strong coverage.
• Follows all policies and procedures and communicates with staff effectively.
• Ensures associates wear proper uniforms and deliver prompt service.
• Completes shift-change reports and records hours worked in the system.
• Records sales, over rings, refunds, and completes daily deposits as directed.
