Qualifications

• Must pass background and drug checks.
• Experience in a customer service role for mechanical equipment is a plus.
• Excellent computer proficiency required; advanced Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for service customers.
• Receive service calls by telephone and email.
• Prepare quotations and schedule service work.
• Enter orders and coordinate warranties.
• Support billing, parts ordering, and service calendar maintenance.
