Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for service customers.
• Receive service calls and coordinate scheduling and quotes.
• Prepare quotations and process orders.
• Coordinate warranties and billings as required.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to optimize workload.
• Maintain service filing system and calendar.
• Pass background checks and drug test.
