Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Complete Level 1 ServSafe Certification after hire with company support.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing roles.
• Varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, customer-focused communication style.
• Clear verbal communication with guests, teammates and leadership.
• Ability to stay calm, professional and solution-focused during busy times.
• Basic math and reading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience following processes and maintaining focus.
• Experience prioritizing tasks during peak business periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answer questions, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain product and food presentation reflecting quality and freshness standards.
• Be reliable: arrive prepared, on time, and ready to serve guests.
• Perform cashier duties: ringing sales, handling cash and card payments, balancing registers.
• Stock and rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to prevent shortages.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety inside and outside the store.
• Complete shift paperwork and operational tasks such as gas price changes and counts.
• Assist with deliveries and backroom storage organization.
• Follow food service guidelines if applicable and maintain kitchen hygiene.
