Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Completion of Level 1 ServSafe Certification after hire; company supports.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Availability for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Professional, customer-focused communication style."
• Clear verbal communication with guests, teammates and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service and resolve concerns.
• Maintain product and food presentation to reflect standards of quality and freshness.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to serve guests.
• Complete cashier duties: ringing, cash and card handling, balance registers.
• Stock and merchandise products with proper labeling and visual appeal.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety inside and outside the store.
• Handle shift paperwork and operational tasks (gas prices, safe counts, cigarette counts).
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitize high-touch areas, maintain restrooms per health guidelines.
• Assist with deliveries and organize backroom storage.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food items per recipes and portion controls (where applicable).
• Keep kitchen and prep areas sanitary and compliant with guidelines.
