HDR, Inc. in Illinois-Rosemont is seeking a Real Estate Services Technician to perform entry-level right-of-way technical services, such as property research, title ordering, and document preparation for the RES Team.

This role requires MS Office experience and a basic background in real estate or paralegal work; GIS and database familiarity are a plus. HDR offers comprehensive benefits and supports employee ownership.

Qualifications

• MS Office Suite product experience.
• General background-related experience beneficial, including title, paralegal, real estate, real property law or mortgage lending.
• High school diploma and some college or equivalent experience.
• GIS and database familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as directed
• Provide technical services including and not limited to administrative duties, property research, and ordering title
• Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support as needed
• Input and track data in spreadsheets and/or a database and prepare client reports
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization, strong editorial and verbal skills. Industry experience such as paralegal, title, mortgage or real estate background is beneficial
• Train in job-appropriate aspects of the right-of-way industry
• Perform other duties as needed
