Job summary

HDR is seeking a Real Estate Services Technician I in Tennessee to perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects and provide administrative support. You will participate in property research, property management, and consultant oversight while maintaining accurate data in spreadsheets or databases and generating client reports.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, editorial and verbal communication skills, and proactive task follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred.
• Preference for GIS and database familiarity.
• Background in real estate, title, or mortgage lending is beneficial.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization, strong editorial and verbal skills; be proactive and follow up on tasks. Industry experience such as paralegal, title, mortgage or real‑estate background is beneficial
• Train in job‑appropriate aspects of the right‑of‑way industry
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma and some college or equivalent experience
• GIS and database familiarity

Required Qualifications

• General background‑related experience beneficial, including title, paralegal, real estate, real property law, or mortgage lending
