Latitude Corp, Verona, WI, a 100% employee-owned manufacturer of precision metal components, is seeking a Quality Supervisor/Quality Engineer to lead quality programs across operations.

You will supervise inspectors, apply quality engineering methods, manage GD&T, CMM, and coordinate corrective actions with customers and suppliers. The role emphasizes problem solving and continuous improvement in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality, manufacturing, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• Experience in metal manufacturing and highly regulated environments (aerospace/defense/auto).
• Experience reading drawings and applying GD&T.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead quality inspectors/technicians.
• Apply quality engineering to manufacturing problems and updates.
• Ensure appropriate measurement methods and calibrated equipment.
• Lead customer quality investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation and control procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate quality requirements and risks clearly.
• Ensure safety and compliance.
