Job summary

Terran Orbital seeks an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and inspectors. You will oversee QA operations, ensure QMS compliance, and drive continuous improvement across shifts in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires AS9100/ISO9001 familiarity, IPC GD&T knowledge, and strong documentation skills. DoD/Aerospace standards apply, with a Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quality assurance experience in aerospace/high-reliability electronics or similar.
• Experience leading a team of technicians and inspectors.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and customer specs.
• IPC-610/IPC-620, GD&T knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with QA documentation, NCRs and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors across production and test areas.
• Oversee daily QA operations, including build/test support and documentation review.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, customer deliverables, and industry standards.
• Review data/records for trend analysis, risk assessment, and gaps in process reliability.
• Support CAPA/RCCA initiatives and nonconformance resolution with evidence.
