Senior Metal Bellows, a leading designer and builder of custom-engineered metal bellows for aerospace, defense, and energy sectors, seeks a Quality Manager to elevate our quality organization and QMS. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and AS9100 requirements.
• Experience with audits, CAPA, root-cause analysis, and quality improvement programs.
• Ability to assess risks and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Lead quality performance metrics and Quality Management Reviews, communicate results to leadership.
• Drive culture of quality and continuous improvement across functions.
• Develop and execute a quality improvement roadmap based on data and priorities.
• Lead, develop, and coach quality personnel.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and other functions to define and verify requirements.
• Establish supplier quality expectations and corrective action processes.
• Provide leadership to Calibration and Document Control.
• Manage and respond to customer complaints, returns, and nonconforming material with RCA and MRB.
• Lead audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
