VHV Company is seeking a Project Manager to provide oversight and direction for assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, team collaboration, and a focus on safety and quality across mechanical systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings.

The successful candidate will coach foremen, review contracts, manage budgets, and maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Be a coach and mentor to Foremen and crew.
• Must possess strong practical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret construction documents
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in mechanical construction
• Ability to plan, organize and direct construction activities
• Be able to review contracts and negotiate revisions with GC or customers
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Aufgaben

• Analyze project scope, blueprints, building codes, and specifications to determine work details.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards while ensuring compliance with company policy.
• Coordinate the review and approval of submittals for the project.
• Work with Project Foreman to ensure efficient use of manpower, tools and resources.
• Review weekly labor analyses to ensure project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Act as a coach and mentor to the Project Foreman to motivate the crew while maintaining morale.
• Draft and track all change orders with the customer or GC to ensure work outside the original scope is documented and charged.
