VHV Company, a Vermont-based mechanical construction contractor, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager and run small projects. This full-time role focuses on coordination, budgeting, safety, and client relations within a 40+ hour work week.

Qualifikationen

• Five plus years of experience in mechanical and/or HVAC industry involved with the execution of construction projects.
• Completion of Project Management related certifications highly beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Understand project scope of work, blueprints, building codes, and specifications related to the project.
• Assist with the coordination, review and approval process of submittals.
• Review weekly labor analyses to understand the labor needs of the project.
• Assist with the discipline of employees when required using verbal or written methods.
• Monitor vendors and subcontractors to identify if they are meeting project requirements.
• Create goodwill with customers by listening to their concerns and doing whatever is necessary to meeting their needs or resolving their concerns.
