Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, HSE, quality and materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multi-task and plan.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracts with trade partners and oversee subcontract administration.
• Participate in change management, pricing, and cost/schedule impact assessment.
• Manage project documents, RFIs, submittals, as‑built drawings and closeout files.
• Coordinate design reviews with the project team and timely submittals.
• Support site inspections, resolve constructability and coordination issues.
• Assist with progress claims, estimates, and material tracking.
