Job summary

PCL Buildings Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Phoenix region. You will provide overall contract administration, technical guidance, and support to a medium-sized construction project. Lead safety planning and ensure delivery aligns with design, budget, and schedule.

You will monitor design progress, manage risks and opportunities, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and on-time closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
• Demonstrated safety culture and knowledge of health, safety, and environment principles.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with budgets/schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to a medium-sized construction project.
• Develops and implements the project safety plan and leads by example for health and safety practices.
• Ensures the project is constructed per design, budget, resources, quality and schedule.
• Identifies and manages risk and opportunities on construction projects.
• Monitors progress of design, compliance, constructability, and timing of deliverables.
• Keeps stakeholders informed and manages expectations through clear communication.
