Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a billing position.
• Intermediate level experience using Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP project-based accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining projects.
• Invoicing clients on a weekly/monthly basis with fixed-rate schedules.
• Preparing detailed backup for invoices and timesheets.
• Providing project, billing, A/R and other reports as needed.
• Assisting Project Managers and Collections with AR issues.
• Analyzing revenue and job cost.
• Reviewing sub-consultants' contracts and insurance certificates for compliance.
• Reviewing accounts payable and coding, emphasizing contractor invoices.
• Archiving project documents and working with management.
