Job summary

The Kendall Group is hiring an Assembler I to join our production team in Pennsylvania. You will assemble and wire non-energized relay panels and follow detailed wiring diagrams and drawings.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED, basic math and strong communication. You will read diagrams, use hand tools, and work with supervision to meet safety and productivity targets in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and point-to-point wiring diagrams.
• Basic math and reasoning skills.
• Excellent work ethic and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and specifications to determine material requirements.
• Assemble and wire devices according to work instructions and wiring diagrams.
• Achieve and maintain productivity targets.
• Use hand tools to drill, crimp, cut, and install equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisor/engineers to resolve production issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
