Control Panels USA Inc. is seeking an assembler/technician to assist lead technicians in manufacturing control panels and relay racks. You will read schematics, use hand and power tools, and follow procedures to assemble and test units.

The role offers cross-department movement to gain skills and advance to lead technician positions. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of electrical assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with electrical theory and/or electrical assembly.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Produces high quality workmanship with attention to detail.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Assemble parts and components, align and fasten units to subassemblies or frames.
• Drill, tap, ream, countersink bolt holes using drill press and portable tools.
• Cut and connect cables to PLC cards and terminal blocks per schematic specs.
• Label wires and components; apply tags and UL labels as directed.
• Install wireways, covers, tubing; follow schematic specifications.
• Measure parts for tolerances with gauges and calipers; assist testing and QA.
• Learn schematics to diagnose issues and understand unit operation with guidance.
• Assist in final stages: labeling, documentation placement, and project cleanup.
• Support other departments as needed by management.
