Job summary

Control Panels USA is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our growing team. The Assembly Technician will lay out, assemble and wire electrical control panels and relay racks.

Our regular schedule is M-F 7AM-3:30PM with some overtime opportunities. Candidates should have 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience and a High School Diploma or GED, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of electrical theory or electrical assembly is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Seeking a long-term position.
• Attentive to details; produces high quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools.
• Cut and connect cables and wires to panels.
• Label wires and components and install labels on the panel boxes.
• Install company name plates and identification labels and/or tags.
• Measure parts to determine tolerances with measuring instruments.
• Study schematics to diagnose issues and ensure units meet specifications.
