Kelly Services is seeking an entry-level Assembler to join our Findlay Township, PA team. The role focuses on learning assembly processes and following written and verbal instructions under direct supervision.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, assembling components and wiring, performing minor modifications, and keeping the work area organized. Prior manufacturing or wiring experience is a plus, with strong attention to detail expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn new products.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety processes and procedures.
• Assemble components onto panels and enclosures per guidelines with zero deficiencies.
• Produce and install wiring onto components per standards.
• Complete minor modifications to panels and enclosures, including cutting, drilling, tapping.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
