Job summary

The Kendall Group in Pennsylvania is seeking an Assembler I to assemble and wire non-energized, high-speed auxiliary relay panels according to drawings and diagrams. You will read wiring diagrams, work instructions, and bill of materials; use hand tools; collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve production issues; and maintain productivity.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED with good math, communication, and teamwork, and you must be able to lift up to 50

Qualifications

  • Perform wiring of devices per work instructions and BOM.
  • Basic math and measurement for material requirements.
  • Lift, carry, and manipulate up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and specifications.
  • Assemble and wire devices according to work instructions and BOM.
  • Meet minimum productivity rate set by management.
  • Use hand tools to drill, crimp, cut, strip wires; install equipment.
  • Collaborate with supervisor and engineers to resolve production issues.
