Qualifications

• 2+ years of Bindery (literature folder gluer) or other technical skills operating machinery.
• Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
• Cross train on all finishing assets in the Bindery department.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance/repairs and report defects to supervisor.
• Follow quality system procedures at all times.
• Ensure department meets customer satisfaction including on-time delivery.
