Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Bindery Operator experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven bindery equipment experience, particularly stitchers.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bindery equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Set up bindery machines per job specifications.
• Monitor processes to meet quality standards and identify issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on bindery equipment.
• Coordinate with team to complete orders on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust processes for quality.
• Document issues to the appropriate personnel.
