Job summary

The Kendall Group, a multi-division distributor, seeks a Lifecycle Services Solutions Consultant to drive accelerated sales growth in consulting services and automation portfolios. You will serve as the domain expert, aligning customer goals with Kendall’s service offerings and leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ sales experience with a similar product line.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software; demonstrated knowledge and understanding of automation standards and terminology.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to drive sales and service outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals and metrics and coordinate with team members on meeting targets for Kendall Electric services business.
• Understand buyer, user, and influencer personas and their business drivers.
• Serve as a domain expert around Services and build competency within team and resources.
• Attract new and expand existing customers by defining a commercial process across the company.
• Work with outside sales to create and maintain a robust sales funnel.
• Create, own, and execute a business plan.
• Collaborate with domain experts to bring the right technical solutions to meet customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
