Job summary

The Kendall Group in Marlton, NJ seeks a Lifecycle Services Solutions Consultant to drive accelerated sales growth in consulting, services, and automation hardware/software. You will bridge Rockwell Automation and Kendall Electric, leading commercial plans and sales growth for Lifecycle Services.

Responsibilities include developing goals, understanding customer drivers, expanding the customer base, and collaborating with domain experts to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years' sales experience with a similar product line.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software; knowledge of automation standards and terminology.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer service.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
• Strong interpersonal communication, written and verbal skills.
• Ability to sit for 8 hours; office environment; possible warehouse/fabrication exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals and metrics and coordinate with team to meet targets for Kendall Electric services.
• Understand buyer, user and influencer personas and their business drivers.
• Serve as domain expert around Services and build competency in teams.
• Define a commercial process to attract new and expand existing customers.
• Work with outside sales to maintain a robust sales funnel.
• Create, own and execute a business plan.
• Collaborate with domain experts to deliver the right technical solutions.
