Job summary

PMI in Lancaster is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to serve as the customer service and leasing specialist for multiple conventional communities. You will handle inquiries, screen applicants, and coordinate showings with residents and prospects.

The role requires strong sales and service skills, a PA Real Estate license is a plus, and a valid PA driver's license. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with employee ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
• Assist with phone calls and emails from residents and prospects.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Travel is required.
