Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Nebraska background checks including CPS Central Registry and Criminal background checks are required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in understanding and exercising their rights.
• Provide person-centered supports to meet people’s needs throughout life.
• Assist with transportation and participation in groups or community activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support provided after each shift.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities as needed.
