Job summary

Huck's Market is seeking a Division Manager to oversee 9-13 stores, including all aspects of fuel and inside retail sales, prepared foods, and local marketing. You will recruit, coach, and develop store managers and their teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include inventory and cash control, analyzing data, driving profitability, and coordinating community initiatives. Travel is required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Experience: Two to four years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in managing a convenience store is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service according to Huck's standards.
• Ensure assigned stores meet operating objectives.
• Recruit and develop store management teams.
• Communicate company mission and vision to all managers.
• Adhere to marketing guidelines and programs.
• Engage in community involvement.
• Develop strong store management teams through networking, coaching, teaching, performance evaluation, and example.
