Job summary

Huck’s Market is seeking a Division Manager to oversee 9–13 locations, including fuel, inside retail, prepared foods, and facility revenue streams. You will recruit, train, and coach store managers and teams to achieve company objectives while safeguarding assets.

You will lead by example, ensuring policy adherence, community engagement, and strong customer service, all while guiding profit growth and operational excellence across a multi-site portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in managing a convenience store or retail operations is preferred.
• Strong reading, analytical, and interpretive skills for business documents and procedures.
• Written communication skills for reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 9–13 locations and all fuel, inside retail, prepared foods, and facility revenues.
• Recruit, train and develop store managers and food service staff.
• Ensure stores meet operating objectives and standards.
• Maintain stock levels and appearance; adhere to marketing programs.
