Job summary

Huck’s Market seeks a Division Manager to oversee 9–13 locations, drive fuel, inside retail, and prepared foods revenue, and lead teams with coaching support. The role includes recruitment, training, and ensuring adherence to company standards across facilities.

You will manage staffing, optimize operations, and execute local marketing while safeguarding assets and profitability for a growing ESOP company.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Experience: Two to four years managing a convenience store or similar.
• Language: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
• Written communication: Capable of writing reports and business correspondence.
• Mathematical skills: Proficient in calculating figures, discounts, and percentages.
• Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service according to Huck’s standards.
• Ensure assigned stores meet operating objectives.
• Recruit and develop store management teams.
• Communicate company mission and vision to all managers.
• Apply company policies and procedures consistently.
• Adhere to marketing guidelines and programs.
• Engage in community involvement and lead growth planning.
• Monitor housekeeping, product display, sanitation, and safety.
• Lead store managers in planning for sales and profit growth and analyze data.
