Job summary

Huck’s Market is seeking a Division Manager to oversee 9-13 locations, drive fuel and inside retail sales, and lead district teams. The role includes recruiting, coaching, and developing store managers, while safeguarding assets and improving profits.

Travel is required; a valid driver’s license and insurance are mandatory. Expect 100% adherence to policies and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Two to four years of related experience; convenience store management preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
• Written communication skills: ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned stores meet operating objectives.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and oversee recruitment and development of store managers, assistant managers, and food service personnel.
• Provide customer service in line with Huck’s standards.
• Guide all Managers to focus on achieving the company's mission and vision statements.
• Consistently apply company policies and procedures.
• Maintain stock levels and appearance standards.
• Adhere to marketing guidelines and programs.
• Implement new programs and procedures, ensuring 100% completion.
• Engage in community involvement initiatives.
