Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Distribution Manager to oversee the warehouse office and staff, ensuring safety, maintenance, and timely distribution of quality building materials. You will coordinate with multiple departments to meet customer needs and drive efficient operations.

This exempt, full-time role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage seasonal staffing while upholding safety standards and company ESOP values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with workers to ensure daily objectives are met.
• Use current reports to guide management decisions and staffing/routes.
• Oversee productivity in warehouse operations (orders shipped, errors, transactions).
• Oversee incoming materials reception and organization for picking.
• Ensure daily orders are routed and shipped.
• Review delivery routes annually with Transportation Director and Distribution Director.
