Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Distribution Manager to oversee the warehouse office and staff, ensuring safety and efficient distribution of materials. You will maintain facility and equipment, coordinate with transportation, purchasing, and customer service to meet commitments, and drive performance against safety and operational metrics.

The role requires leadership with 3–5+ years in warehouse management, a relevant degree, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Supply Chain, Management, or Finance.
• 5–10+ years manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience.
• 3–5+ years manufacturing or warehouse leadership and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA rules and guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse office and staff.
• Maintain safety procedures and facility/equipment maintenance.
• Ensure accurate distribution of materials on a predictable schedule.
• Communicate daily objectives and use reports to guide decisions.
• Oversee staffing based on seasonal needs and coordinate with HR.
• Maintain cross-department communication to satisfy customer commitments.
