Sundt Gmbh is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to provide technical assistance in creating and updating CPM schedules across project phases, from concept through close-out. You will deliver CPM reports to the project team and support field engineering activities such as drawings, submittals, change orders and RFIs.
You will help maintain as-built drawings, contribute to budget forecasting, and coordinate BIM efforts with subcontractors and designers.

The Scheduling Coordinator will provide technical assistance in creating and updating CPM schedules at all phases of each project throughout their duration, from conceptual to close-out. The Scheduling Coordinator also produces and delivers various reports from the CPM schedule to the project team. Scheduling Coordinator's may also be asked to perform Field Engineering duties such as responding to questions about drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and change orders and have responsibility for assisting in writing change orders, RFl's, meeting minutes, and reviewing Submittals.
