Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level work experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license with valid state license and clean driving record; DOT medical exam and 1-year card required if driving.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and warehouse tools; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services to customers visiting or calling in, gathering information and quoting while providing friendly service.
• Promote sales growth through add-on sales, vendor promotions, and special events.
• Build positive customer relationships by explaining products clearly and offering helpful information.
• Assist with loading products into customers' vehicles and replenishing counter inventory.
• Support warehouse activities and participate in inventory cycle counts as directed.
• Back-up delivery driver duties when qualified; safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
