Job summary

Crystal Group seeks a Controller to lead the Accounting team of employee-owners, delivering accurate financial reports and insights for strategic decision-making. You will partner with senior leadership to strengthen ESOP value and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

The role includes ownership of close processes, audits, working capital optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitability while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 10+ years progressive accounting experience, including team leadership and full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
• Experience managing or mentoring small teams in a collaborative environment.
• CPA preferred; advanced degree in Finance or Accounting encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to deliver accurate, timely financial reports for ESOP stakeholders.
• Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, inventory, receivables and payables management.
