Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOH) is a family of employee-owned companies delivering highly engineered solutions. We are hiring a Corporate Controller to provide leadership over accounting operations during growth and acquisitions.

The role reports to the CFO and partners with executive leadership to drive performance and accuracy across AR, AP, and the general ledger. The ideal candidate brings 5–10+ years in accounting/finance leadership within manufacturing or engineered solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/Business.
• CPA license or MBA required.
• 5–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Public Accounting experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or engineered solutions industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-entity organizations and growth through acquisitions preferred.
• Experience with ESOP companies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and finance operations with ownership and accountability across AR, AP, and accounting teams.
• Directly manage and develop AR and AP teams; ensure timely billing and payments.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including billing, collections, payables, and cash flow.
• Own the monthly close process and internal reporting; ensure accuracy and balance-sheet integrity.
• Maintain internal controls and governance; prepare audit support and memos as needed.
• Partner with operations and leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Support acquisitions integration and system transitions as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and shared services to align finance initiatives with business goals.
