Crystal Group, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Controller to lead a small team of employee-owners in delivering accurate, timely financial reports. The role partners with senior leaders to provide insights that guide strategic decisions and ESOP value creation.

On-site position with a focus on operational excellence, internal controls, and collaboration across departments to enhance profitability and financial literacy among employee-owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 10+ years in accounting, including leadership.
• Experience with financial reporting, GAAP, and internal controls.
• Experience managing a small team in a high-growth environment.
• CPA and advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise financial leadership and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and close processes.
• Lead audit relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve profitability and resource allocation.
• Develop and optimize financial systems, KPIs, and reporting.
