Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading small teams and managing full-cycle accounting.
• CPA preferred; MBA or master’s in accounting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise financial leadership by monitoring performance, liquidity, and working capital.
• Oversee audits, tax advisors, banking partners, and annual audit activities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Build cross-functional relationships and mentor employee-owners to support growth.
