Job summary

Perrigo Company plc is seeking an Employee Lifecycle specialist to join the People Solutions function. You will provide end-to-end support for employee lifecycle cases, act as SME for HR processes, and drive efficiency in HR technology projects.

This role involves collaborating with COEs and HRBPs across regions to implement changes and improve service delivery. Responsibilities include managing Tier 2 inquiries, process optimization, KPI monitoring, and ensuring a high-quality employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in HR services delivery environment.
• Experience with standard operating processes & procedures.
• Efficient use of MS Office & other key business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration & engagement skills with all levels of leadership, users & teams.
• Fluency in 2+ languages (one being English).
• Ability to manage cases, oversee multiple workloads & resolve complex multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the resolution of typically Tier 2 (complex) inquiries & support requests raised by Perrigo employees, managers & HR colleagues.
• Act as a point of escalation for Tier 1 coordinators and escalate to regional HR teams or COEs when justified.
• Partner with COEs & HRBPs to understand upcoming strategy, policy, and program changes and enable within the ELC team.
• Support and lead on process optimization and project management for processes moving to the ELC team.
• Participate in subject matter expert groups and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• HR systems implementations & enhancements: coordinate with country HR and experts to enable changes.
