Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in HR operations, lifecycle processing, data management, or similar.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and integrated systems.
• Experience with reporting, audits, or data validation in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Execute employee lifecycle transactions with high accuracy across hires, changes, compensation updates, terminations, and data corrections.
• Validate inputs and ensure processing within defined timelines and policy controls.
• Maintain data integrity across core HRIS and connected systems.
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance for accurate lifecycle changes.
• Provide Tier 1 support for lifecycle questions and document requirements clearly.
