Job summary

StaffQuest Placement Group is partnering with a leading global professional services firm to recruit an Employee Research Consultant in Philadelphia, PA. You will design and analyze data-driven workforce strategies, shaping employee experience and engagement for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities include advanced statistical modeling in SPSS or R, translating results into executive-ready presentations, and collaborating across teams to deliver insights and thought leadership pieces.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in IO psychology or a closely related quantitative field.
• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in employee engagement research or surveys.
• Strong capability in statistical modeling and data structuring using SPSS or R.
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint for executive decks.
• Strong analytical, business writing, presentation and end‑to‑end project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to design, execute, and analyze customized workforce research and engagement surveys.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses (e.g., driver analysis, regression modeling) using SPSS and/or R.
• Translate complex data structures into compelling summaries, visuals, and executive presentations.
• Advise client management on outcomes and survey methodologies to drive improvements.
• Leverage tech-enabled platforms and modern data analytics to enhance project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish analytical frameworks, scopes, and actionable plans.
• Draft custom reporting deliverables and contribute to industry white papers and research.
