Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking an Employee Housing Assistant Manager for Winter Park Resort. This role coordinates administrative housing functions, supports residents and staff, and ensures policies are followed across housing operations.

The position interfaces with maintenance, HR, and other departments to maintain smooth daily housing workflows. The role requires supervisory experience, budgeting familiarity, and proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required. College degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory position or equivalent with conflict resolution experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience developing and managing a department budget.
• Property management experience highly desirable.
• General knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-in and move-out processes for employees and approved non-employees, including assignments and documentation.
• Monitor daily system activity and housing workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with Recruiting and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and housing needs.
• Manage scheduling and task assignment for the administrative team to ensure daily housing office coverage.
• Oversee payroll-related housing transactions in coordination with HR payroll partners.
• Review move-out inspection reports to determine eligibility for security deposit deductions or forfeitures.
• Maintain housing records across Rent Manager, RTP, and DNA Fusion/Engage systems.
