Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• 3–5 years of broad property maintenance experience (hands-on repairs) is preferred.
• Experience with residential maintenance tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance tasks across housing facilities.
• Use Rent Manager to document work orders, inspections, and tasks.
• Communicate maintenance needs with residents and coordinate access.
• Perform painting, drywall, flooring, tile work, and carpentry as needed.
• Inspect and repair fixtures, doors, windows, and plumbing components.
• Assist with seasonal property upkeep and safety inspections.
