Riverside Community Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an Employee and Occupational Health RN Coordinator to promote workforce well-being, manage injuries, and guide prevention efforts. ADN required; BSN preferred, CA RN license, and BCLS certification.

Requires 5+ years in hospital settings; leadership experience is highly desirable. Competitive benefits and education support are offered within the HCA system.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• California RN License is required.
• Current BCLS Certification.
• At least five years of hospital experience.
• One year in hospital employee health or occupational health setting preferred.
• Nursing leadership experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care and support workforce well-being.
• Deliver clinical guidance and manage work-related injuries.
• Oversee return-to-work planning and follow-up care.
• Investigate safety events, document findings, and guide prevention efforts.
• Educate staff on safety, infection prevention and workplace wellness.

Educación

Associate's Degree in Nursing

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

California RN License

Current BCLS Certification

5+ years hospital experience

Experience in employee health/occupational health
