Job summary

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete the Chain of Custody Drug Screening Competency.
• Interpersonal skills needed to communicate with individuals and groups and convey ideas clearly.
• HIPAA compliance awareness and ability to protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and perform routine procedures including vital signs and injections.
• Triages calls and schedules appointments.
• Schedules appointments and reviews employee files and lab results.
• Organizes job functions and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintains professional conduct and confidentiality, supporting off-site and in-house clinics.
